The International team holds a 10-5-7.5 lead over the United States after day three of the Presidents Cup at Medinah. They need five points in Sunday's 12 singles matches to secure their first Presidents Cup title in 28 years, per BBC Sport.

The Internationals trailed in every match at one stage on day three, per BBC reporting. The United States won two and tied one of the four four-ball matches in the morning session, according to BBC. The teams split the afternoon foursomes. Canada's Corey Conners saved par on the 18th to win the final match on the course and preserve the International lead.

Each side needs 15.5 points to seal victory on the final day. The International team has won the Presidents Cup only once since its inception in 1994 and has never won on American soil, per BBC. International captain Geoff Ogilvy told BBC that his team "got one and a half points out of the morning session despite being down everywhere" and acknowledged that "Team USA played at high level foursomes, especially in the afternoon session."

Sunday's final day features 12 singles games at Medinah.
